Hi, I am moving up to Courtenay from Victoria for March 1st 2010, I teach Deep Cleansing Meditations and will be setting up these classes as soon I arrive. "2009 will be remembered as the year we cycled in France. We loved our holiday spent in the Loire. We were blessed with great weather, a wonderful group and remarkable bikes.  The impromptu sights-(on our first day with the visit to  the cave, meeting the wonderful ladies and drinking their special aperitif) and activities (the village music festivals and the cocktails with the Brits) were priceless. Each day brought a new adventure of scenery, food and wine. Each evening, a wonderful meal and exciting game of boules.

We had a great time.  The caves, rural country side, beautiful villages, delicious food and wine, friendly guests, comfortable rooms- it was all good.  My view of history and languages is now much greater.

Wendy and me had the greatest summer, ever.  Cycling in France was the highlight of our trip to England & France.

 If a person is looking for a vacation that includes exercise, sumptious food and wine, beautiful countryside, all steeped in history and the French way of life - we'd give a thumbs up to the Loire cycling adventure with Shelagh and Jack.
